עדכן עלמ"ה - אוגוסט 2015
חברים יקרים,
ברוכים הבאים לעדכן עלמ"ה מהדורת אוגוסט 2015. בעלון זה אנו מתמקדים בדו"ח ועדת החקירה של האו"ם בנוגע לאירועי קיץ 2014 בעזה (מבצע "צוק איתן"). הדו"ח עוסק במספר נושאים הקשורים למשפט הבינ"ל ההומניטרי ומגיע למסקנות חמורות בנוגע להתנהלות ישראל והפלסטינים. בעדכן הנוכחי ישנם אזכורים של דעות שונות הנוגעות לדו"ח ומסקנותיו.
נראה שיש דמיון רב לסיטואציה שהתקיימה באיזור לפני כשש שנים, בעקבות מבצע "עופרת יצוקה" ופרסום "דו"ח גולדסטון". עלמ"ה נוסדה באותה תקופה בשל ההרגשה של מייסדיה שקיים צורך לקדם את הידע, ההבנה והדיון על משפט הבינ"ל ההומניטרי בקרב הציבור הרחב. מאז אנחנו פועלים במרץ על מנת להגשים מטרה זו ונמשיך לפעול בדרך זו אף בשנים הבאות.
